Suicide is not the answer for everything. Things may not fall in its place or you may not get what you deserve . You may think this is the end of the world but it is not. If you have felt like suicide is the only option to end things remember everything changes over time. You don’t have to be positive all the time. Its perfectly okay to feel sad , angry, annoyed, frustrated , scared, and anxious . Having feelings doesn’t make you a weak person. It makes you human. Some days life is all about your dreams, hopes and visions for the future but, there come the days when life is just about putting one foot in front of other and that’s okay. You may not have entire control over your life but you have the power to say “ this is not how my story will end”. When you feel like giving up, just remember the reason why you held on for so long.
In many cases, suicidal behaviour occurs in due to mental, physical and emotional trauma but depression being the most important one. If you are suffering from depression or anything related to suicide , don’t suffer in silence. The first step is to speak to someone. They can't rescue you if they don’t know you need it. Ask for help to fight another day. Depression does get better no matter how bad things may seem. THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.
